"Returns like this are always a relief"
I sent it back and got my refund just a few days later. returns are usually a hassle everywhere, so it was nice that this one was actually simple and quick.

My toy parts showed up safe and were packed up really well. The box wasn’t beat up or crushed, and nothing was rattling around inside. Happy with the way they handled it, no complaints here.

"Shipping was way faster than I expected"
I ordered a replacement part for my kid’s toy and was fully expecting it to take at least a week, maybe longer. I’ve had so many little parts take forever to arrive that I just assumed this would be the same.
Then it showed up in about 2 days, packed decently, with everything there. it kind of confirmed my first impression that this site had its act together, even though I hadn’t used it before.
The part hasn’t had any issues so far, and the quick shipping definitely made the whole thing feel easy. If another toy breaks, I’d probably come back here first.

I ordered a replacement part for my kids’ ride-on toy and was a little nervous it might not match, since I didn’t want to waste money or end up with something unsafe or unusable. The fitment info on FixMyToys turned out to be accurate, and the part went on without any hassle. It was a relief to have it fit right the first time.

I was trying to fix my son’s old ride-on car and needed this tiny gear set that I thought I’d never find. I was pretty much ready to give up and toss the whole thing.
Then I found it on fixmytoys.com, and the pictures made it super easy to compare with the broken part I had. They even had a few other random little pieces I hadn’t been able to track down anywhere else.
The order showed up with no issues, and now the car is back up and running. I’m genuinely so glad they carry these hard-to-find parts because it saved me from buying a whole new toy!

I ordered this replacement part for my kid’s ride-on toy, and it did show up looking fine at first glance. Once I actually handled it, though, the plastic felt noticeably cheaper than the original piece, which was a little disappointing.
It fits and works for now, so I guess it technically does what it’s supposed to do. Still, it’s frustrating how products can meet the bare minimum and fall through all these little policy loopholes where you can’t really complain unless it’s fully broken. I’m just not convinced it’ll last very long...

I ordered this expecting it to match the description, and that’s exactly what showed up. Nothing was missing or different, and I didn’t run into any issues. Straightforward experience overall

"Works fine, but feels a little cluttered"
I used the site on my phone the other day while trying to look something up for my brother, and it got the job done for the most part. The pages loaded without much trouble, but I had to poke around longer than I expected to find a few things. The layout just feels a bit messy on mobile, kind of like everything is there but not in the most obvious place. Overall, it’s okay, not terrible, but not super smooth either.

"Decent prices, but I expected a bit more"
The prices on fixmytoys.com seemed fair, and I was able to get what I needed without spending too much. Compared to a few other places I checked, it still felt like a good value. I guess I was just a little disappointed because I expected the overall experience to feel a bit smoother, but for the price, it did the job.

"I had a question about my order..."
I had a question about my order and they got back to me sooo fast. It wasn’t all fixed right away, but they kept replying and helped me sort things out. Overall, I’d say the customer service was really good.
